Review of Grandstream GXV3140 Multimedia IP Phone

I received the Grandstream GXV3140 Multimedia IP Phone a few days ago and am in the middle of testing its many features.

So far, the feature set on this phone is AMAZING for its price of $195.  I can definitely see this phone being PERFECT for the executives and managers.  When I pair this phone with Asterisk, everyone in the office will be able to initiate a video call to each other allowing more effective communication.

The phone also has built in Multimedia features such as Skype, Facebook, Twitter, Stocks, Weather, Youtube, etc.  The feature I am very excited about is the Skype feature to talk to my son when I am out of town.  Previously, my wife would start the session on her laptop but with this phone, no need for her to do that.

I will have more detailed review once the testing is completed.  But so far, I see a HUGE potential for this IP Multimedia Phone.
